For youth who are incarcerated, on probation, or in foster care â transitioning out of the system as young adults on their own, with tools and a path forward.
How to Register
Only available by contracted service through a Parent, Guardian, Foster Care Center, Probation Officer, Judge, Young Adult in College 18-24, a School Principal or Board of Education Representative. Please contact CEO Cicely Majeed for details about registering for one of these transitions programs.
